Refund policy statement and rules

We offer refund and /or exchange  in case of the item being stale and beyond the expiry date within 15 days of your purchase date. If 15 days have elapsed since your order date,you are not eligible for a  refund and / or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2.The item must be in the original packaging.

3.To complete your return,we require the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.Only regular priced items will be refunded and items on Sale cannot be refunded.

5.If the item was marked as a gift,when purchased and shipped to you ,you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exempt Goods

Any Gift Cards,items of personal/ health care and goods perishable within the days of return stipulated as above

Once your return is received and inspected,we will send an email  to notify you that we have received your returned item . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the same is approved,then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your card or any other  original method of payment,within a limited number of days.

The shipping charges for return will be borne and paid by you at the time of return. 

We cannot take responsibility for the returned item,its condition and delays etc and responsibility will be entirely yours.
